GCC won the toss and chose to field first. Their bowling and fielding was excellent taking nine wickets (-45 runs) which consisted of accurate bowling, taking catches and run outs, restricting Northop Hall to a net score of 26-9.

GCC Belles did not let up with an accomplished batting performance steadily scoring throughout the innings, with very good calling, running between the wickets and ball placement mixed in with some power hitting. The team finished on a net score of 104-2 after twelve overs.
